All products and subsequent accessories available at EnergiaProducts.org are new and factory sealed units. Upon receipt, the contents of the package(s) should be checked carefully for damaged or missing items. If for any reason you decide not to keep your merchandise, you can return it to us within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will refund you the full cost of the item excluding the shipping, handling, insurance charges and restocking fee (20% off the purchase price).

        To assist us in processing your return request as quickly as possible, please follow these instructions:

• All claims must be submitted within seven (7) days of package receipt.
• All returns must be pre-approved by EnergiaProducts.org
• Prior to returning any merchandise, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or Return Authorization number (RA#) and the shipping address must be obtained from

• RMA are valid for a period of 5 working days. Do not write the RMA number on the box! This makes it non-resalable and you will be charged for replacing the box. Please write the RMA on the package’s shipping label and also on the original invoice. Any returns without the RMA will not be accepted.
• In the event that EnergiaProducts.org authorizes return of merchandise, the merchandise must be returned in new and resalable condition including, but not limited to: all original packaging, packaging materials, cartons, documentation, registration and warranty materials.
• All tags must be attached with no sign of removal. You must ship the products in their original packaging. The shipment should be prepaid and insured for the full amount of the invoice.
• Proof of purchase, receipt and/or packing slip is required for all returns/exchanges. All returns must include a return address and phone number.
